Al-Baghdadia TV is founded by Dr. Awn Hussain Al Khashlok. It is an
Arabic-language satellite TV channel based in Cairo, Egypt. Recently, one of the TV station's
journalist, Muntadhar al-Zaidi, became well known for throwing both of his shoes at the then
U.S. President George W. Bush during a press conference on December 14, 2008. The journalist
was hailed as a hero in his hometown after his released from jail. |

Al Jazeera is a news and current affairs satellite TV channel. tt is a TV network
that uses both the Internet platform and specialty TV channels that broadcast TV programs to
various part of the world in multiple languages. Al Jazeera's headquarter is in Doha, Qatar.
The station gained worldwide attention when it was the only channel to cover the war on
Afghanistan live after the September 11, 2001 attacks. It has also broadcasted video statements
by Osama bin Laden and other al-Qaeda leaders. |

Andisheh TV started in 2006 and is a free-to-air 24 hour Television Station
located in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, California. Andisheh TV broadcasts its programs in
Persian, English, Arabic, Turkish, Armenian and Assyrian via Galaxy 25 satellite to the United
States and Canada, and via Hot Bird 8 to Europe, Iran and the Middle East. |

owned by Wusha Corporation which is Kurdistan's largest independent media group. The station

controlled by the Palestinian Authority. It has a subsidiary radio station popularly known as
